13 PhD students will be granted free registration fees to attend the conference.

First come, first served

How to apply ?

Send an email to: Nadege Ollier with the following information:

• your name
• your institution
• the name of your research team
• the name of your supervisor
• your abstract
  
• your choice among oral, PhD pitch session, poster

To be taken into account your application needs to be accepted by the scientific committee and you should be the first of your team to apply

Indeed, only one grant for free registration will be awarded to a research team

Applicants will be notified by e-mail as soon as possible after the grants are awarded. 

Note that if you are a successful applicant, you must not register now, we will give you  instructions to register later.

• Submit an abstract:
  

Go to the "Abstract submission" section for instructions and link to upload your abstract.

Note that if you have applied for PhD grants for free registration fees, you must also submit your abstract on the website.

• Registration
  

The registration is a two-step process (Pre-registration and registration).

Go to "Registration" section to register for the conference.

• Oral instructions:
  

Length of the talks (including time for questions):

• Tutorials: 1h
• Invited talks: 35 min
• Short talks session: 15 min
• Pitch session: 5 min
• Other talks: 25 min
