Abstract submission

Instructions for submission

To facilitate the reviewing process and the creation of the book of abstract, please read the following instructions before submitting an abstract:

• The abstract must be in English and must not exceed one page (including title, authors' names and affiliations, abstract, figures and references).
• No supplementary file will be accepted.
• The Microsoft Word template (see below) must be used without any change in the file format.
• Please fill both the online form and the Word file submitted with authors and affiliation infos.
• Please indicate the speaker on the form and underline his/her name in the Word document.
• At the end of the submission process, please double check the PDF file after its creation.
• All abstracts that do not respect these rules will not be taken into account.
